The Managing Partner of the firm, Mr. K. M. Haneef, is an entrepreneur with a degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university and over 30 years of experience in the field, both in India and in the Middle East. He held a top-level position in a large construction company with a pan-India presence before embarking on his new venture. The projects he has executed include apartments, resorts, and commercial complexes with flat slabs, steel structures, and substations. These projects were completed on time and have received accolades for his efforts and teamwork.

The Junior Partner, Mr. Habib Rehman K. H., holds a degree in Civil Engineering from VIT University, Vellore. He gained valuable experience working with some of the major players in the construction industry before completing his Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University, Hyderabad. With a passion for the construction industry, he is dedicated to evolving and introducing new innovations while upholding the highest values.
