The Managing Partner of the firm Mr K M Haneef, is an entrepreneur with a Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University and over 30 years’ experience in the field, both in India and in the Middle East. He was holding a top-level position in a large Construction Company with pan India presence before starting on his new venture. The works executed includes Apartments, Resorts, and Commercial complexes with Flat slabs, Steel structures and Substations. The projects were completed on time and have won accolades for his efforts and team work.

The Junior Partner Mr Habib Rehman K H has a degree in Civil Engineering from VIT University Vellore after which he had worked with some of the major players in the construction industry before completing his Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University Hyderabad. With a passion for the construction industry he is dedicated to evolve and bring in new innovations while upholding values of the highest stature
